Text message received approximately 5 minutes after writing my rant after our phone call:
"Are you doing okay? You sounded a little down on the phone."
Arg! This would be so much easier if he was just always a jerk.

But thankfully he isn't. And relationships aren't supposed to be easy. So I guess that means you're in a "normal," uneasy relationship.
And judging from your last post, it also looks like you're in a relationship that transitioning out of the honeymoon phase. Hate to break it to you honey. But hey, welcome back to the real world. ;)
